These Terms govern use of SIGNAL HUSH. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, users receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use SIGNAL HUSH for private, non-commercial purposes. The game is licensed, not sold.
No ownership rights in the game, code, artwork, audio, branding, characters, game world or other protected materials are transferred to the user.
SIGNAL HUSH is designed to be broadly suitable and family-friendly in presentation but is intended for a Google Play target audience of 13+ and is not specifically directed at children under 13.
Users who are minors must comply with applicable law and the rules of the relevant Google account or family settings. Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required for a purchase, such authorization must be obtained before making the purchase.
SIGNAL HUSH may use Google Play Games Services to establish a persistent game identity and support server-side Ticket-wallet continuity, recovery and security. A separate ERYHOUSE password is not required.
Availability of Google Play Games Services may depend on the user's device, account, country and Google services. ERYHOUSE may provide reasonable fallback or error handling where a platform service is unavailable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service availability.
SIGNAL HUSH uses an in-game virtual currency called Tickets. Tickets may be earned through gameplay and may also be offered for purchase through Google Play.
The official Ticket balance is maintained by the ERYHOUSE backend. A Ticket value displayed or modified only on the local device does not create an entitlement if it conflicts with the server-authoritative ledger.
Ticket credits and debits may require a network connection so that the backend can validate and record the transaction. ERYHOUSE may reject duplicate, malformed, replayed, impossible or otherwise invalid Ticket requests.
Where a temporary network or third-party outage prevents a Ticket action from being confirmed, the action may be delayed, retried or shown as unavailable until confirmation is possible.
Paid digital Ticket packs are processed through Google Play Billing. The price shown in the Google Play purchase interface at the time of purchase is the applicable purchase price.
SIGNAL HUSH does not currently offer subscriptions. Purchased Ticket packs are consumable digital products.
ERYHOUSE verifies eligible purchases before granting purchased Tickets. A purchase that is pending, invalid, already fulfilled, refunded, reversed or otherwise not eligible may not result in a Ticket grant.
Refunds, cancellations and other purchase remedies are handled in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Google Play terms and procedures. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Users may not attempt to bypass purchase validation, replay or reuse purchase tokens, manipulate the authoritative Ticket ledger, forge server responses, exploit technical errors for unauthorized value, or interfere with systems intended to prevent duplicate grants or fraud.
ERYHOUSE may correct balances or withhold a grant where reliable records show that a Ticket credit was duplicated, reversed, refunded, fraudulently obtained or never validly completed, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
SIGNAL HUSH may offer optional rewarded advertising as one possible way to receive a clearly stated in-game reward, such as a Continue. The rewarded-ad option is initiated by the player and advertising availability is not guaranteed.
A reward is granted only when the advertising provider supplies the required completion or reward callback and the game validates the corresponding reward state.
Non-authoritative preferences and gameplay information may be stored locally on the device. Clearing app data or uninstalling SIGNAL HUSH may remove local information.
Server-side Ticket records, eligible purchase fulfilment records and persistent player records are handled separately from local device storage and may support recovery where the player can be securely identified.
Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, users may not:
ERYHOUSE may provide bug fixes, security updates, compatibility changes, balancing adjustments and other updates where necessary or appropriate. Features may depend on Google Play, Play Games Services, Google Cloud, advertising services, internet connectivity, device compatibility or other third-party systems.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, outages, security incidents, platform changes or other circumstances outside ERYHOUSE's reasonable control.
ERYHOUSE may adjust gameplay balance, reward amounts, Ticket costs, available cosmetic items, Joker pricing, Continue pricing or other non-purchased gameplay parameters where reasonably necessary for balancing, security, technical operation or product development.
Changes will not remove mandatory statutory rights relating to completed purchases. Purchased digital content and purchase remedies remain subject to applicable law and Google Play rules.
The game, its design, original audiovisual content, branding, characters, world, code and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted remain with ERYHOUSE or the respective rights holders.
Information about data processing, Play Games Services, the ERYHOUSE backend, Google Play Billing, optional rewarded advertising and user rights is available in the SIGNAL HUSH Privacy Policy.

Applicable statutory liability provisions and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence where such protections apply.
ERYHOUSE may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to SIGNAL HUSH, platform requirements, security, backend architecture, legal requirements or third-party services. The current version will be published on the ERYHOUSE website.
